What does the holiday season mean to you? Maybe it’s all about spending precious time with friends and family… maybe you enjoy baking, or better yet eating delicious treats… or maybe stealing some great shopping deals is your thing. Whatever the holidays mean to you, try sharing some of your holiday cheer with others. Presents for friends and family are great, but giving back to your community can be even more fulfilling.

For me, the holiday season is all about spending quality time at home, watching Christmas movies with my kids and giving back to others in need. This year, I decided to do something extra special! For every new fan or “Like” on the Success Against the Odds Facebook fan page in the month of December, I will donate $1 to the non-profit organization, Orphan Helpers.

Orphan Helpers cares for the children in Central American government orphanages and juvenile detention centers. Orphan Helpers is on the ground caring for orphaned, abused, and incarcerated children and helping them realize their potential and purpose in life. Click here to learn more about Orphan Helpers.
